Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Service set forth the conditions for using all services provided by Veraust ("the Service"). Registered users ("Users") shall use the Service only after agreeing to these Terms.

Article 2 (Membership Registration)

1. To use the Service, Users must complete membership registration.

2. If a User registers false information, the Service reserves the right to suspend or delete the account.

3. Persons under the age of 18 may not use the Service.

Article 3 (Requests and Fees)

1. Request fees are automatically calculated by the system, and Users agree to the amount shown at the time the Request is submitted.

2. Payment is made directly to the Cast in cash on the day of service. For customers outside Japan (overseas customers), 50% of the total fee is paid in advance as a deposit by Wise or PayPal, and the remaining balance is paid directly to the Cast in cash on the day of service.

3. Any withdrawal or cancellation of a Request, whether before or after a Cast has accepted it, will count toward the User's cancellation record (see paragraph 4).

4. As a rule, a Request cannot be withdrawn once it has been sent, and the User is asked to check the details carefully before sending. If something in the content of a Request does not work, the Service may hold it and suggest a corrected version. If a User nevertheless withdraws or cancels a Request, at any time and whether or not the Cast has accepted it, it counts as one cancellation, and the account is suspended after two cancellations (or after one cancellation made without any contact). If a User cancels for their own reasons after the booking is confirmed (deposit received), the deposit is not refunded. The only exception is where public transport has stopped because of a disaster or similar and the User provides proof: in that case the cancellation is not counted and any deposit already paid is refunded.

5. If the Service or the Cast cancels, the deposit is refunded in full, at no cost to the User, within 3 business days of our confirming the cancellation, by the same method used for payment or by bank transfer.

6. If the User's WhatsApp confirmation has not reached us by 2 hours before the start time, the Service may cancel the booking, and in that case the deposit is not refunded.

Article 4 (Prohibited Conduct)

Users may not engage in any of the following conduct.

• Violence, intimidation, or stalking directed at a Cast
• Forcing a Cast to perform acts on her NG (off-limits) list
• Unauthorized photography, audio recording, or video recording
• Prying into a Cast's personal information or identifying her on social media
• Direct transactions that bypass the Service
• Any act in violation of the law

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

1. The Service is a matching platform between Users and Casts; the actual content of the service provided is the responsibility of each individual Cast.

2. The Service makes every effort to ensure the quality and safety of Casts but does not provide any absolute guarantee.

Article 6 (Account Suspension)

The Service reserves the right to suspend or delete, without prior notice, the account of any User who violates these Terms. Suspended accounts will generally not be reinstated.

Article 7 (Changes to These Terms)

The Service may revise these Terms as needed. Revised Terms take effect once posted on this site.
